Legazy Systems ("Legazy Systems", "we", "us", "our") is committed to the protection of personal information. This Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we process it, the parties with whom we share it, the periods for which we retain it, and the rights available to you.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY
Identity: name; account username.
Contact: email address; telephone number; billing address.
Transaction: plans purchased; order references; purchase dates; order history.
Correspondence: messages submitted by email, contact form, or live chat, together with any information you elect to include.
Preferences: marketing consent status and communication preferences.
2.2 INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
Technical: Internet Protocol address; browser type and version; operating system; device type; referring uniform resource locator.
Usage: pages accessed; duration of access; navigation sequence.
Service: control panel and file transfer access logs; authentication timestamps; source addresses; storage and transfer consumption.

2.3 PAYMENT INFORMATION
We do not collect, process, transmit, or store complete payment card numbers. Payment processing is performed by our third-party payment providers, including the Wix payment platform, each of which handles cardholder data under its own privacy policy and its obligations under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, the outcome, and limited identifying particulars such as the final four digits of the instrument.
2.4 CONTENT YOU STORE
We do not inspect, index, scan, or otherwise examine the content of the files you store, except where necessary to operate, maintain, or secure the infrastructure; to investigate a suspected breach of the Acceptable Use provisions of our Terms of Service; to respond to a notice of claimed copyright infringement; to comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process; or to provide support you have expressly requested.

Creating and administering your account — performance of a contract.
Provisioning and delivering the services — performance of a contract.
Processing payment and issuing receipts — performance of a contract.
Providing technical support — performance of a contract.
Transmitting service and transactional notices — performance of a contract.

4. COMMUNICATIONS
We transmit two distinct categories of email.
4.1 Transactional and service communications: order confirmations, provisioning notices, credential issuance, expiry reminders, security notifications, and notices of amendment to our policies. These are necessary to the performance of the contract and cannot be declined while you hold an active account.
4.2 Marketing communications: promotional offers and announcements, transmitted only with your prior consent. Every such communication contains an unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent at any time by using that mechanism or by writing to support@legazysystems.com. Withdrawal takes effect promptly and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5. DISCLOSURE
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We disclose personal information only to:
5.1 Processors and service providers engaged to perform functions on our behalf, each bound by obligations of confidentiality and security and prohibited from using the information for any other purpose. These include our website and hosting platform, Wix.com Ltd.; our payment providers; our email delivery provider; our live chat provider; and our infrastructure and data centre providers.
5.2 Legal and regulatory recipients, where disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Legazy Systems, our customers, or the public, or to investigate suspected fraud or breach of our Terms of Service.
5.3 A successor entity, in connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganisation, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the successor being bound by terms no less protective than this Policy.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
The services are operated from the United States and personal information is processed there. Where you access the services from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, whose data protection framework may differ from that of your own jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under applicable law.
7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our website employs cookies and comparable technologies as follows.
Strictly necessary: session management, security, and load distribution. These cannot be declined.
Functional: retention of preferences such as language. These may be declined.
Analytics: measurement of usage to inform improvement. These may be declined.
Live chat: operation of the chat facility. These may be declined.

Cookies may be controlled through your browser settings. Restricting strictly necessary cookies will impair the functioning of the website.
8. RETENTION
Account records: for the duration of the account and three (3) years thereafter.
Transaction and billing records: seven (7) years, or such longer period as tax and accounting law requires.
Support correspondence: three (3) years.
Access and security logs: ninety (90) days.
Stored customer content: for the access period and thirty (30) days thereafter.
Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, together with a suppression record retained thereafter to give effect to the withdrawal.
We retain information beyond these periods only where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce our agreements.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the law of your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of the personal information held.
Rectification — obtain correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Erasure — obtain deletion, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Restriction — obtain restriction of processing in defined circumstances.
Objection — object to processing founded upon legitimate interests.
Portability — receive the information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time where processing is founded upon it.
Opt-out of marketing — at any time and without charge.
Non-discrimination — exercise any right without suffering denial of service, differential pricing, or reduced quality of service.
To exercise any right, write to support@legazysystems.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days, or within such shorter period as applicable law requires. We may require verification of your identity before giving effect to a request, and we may decline a request that is manifestly unfounded or excessive, stating our reasons.
9.1 CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you hold the rights to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that Act. You may designate an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
9.2 EUROPEAN UNION AND UNITED KINGDOM RESIDENTS. Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation applies, you hold the rights enumerated above together with the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
10. SECURITY
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit by means of Transport Layer Security for web traffic and SFTP and SSH for file transfer; access control restricting personnel access to that necessary for their function; and logging and monitoring of administrative access.
No method of transmission or storage is wholly secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security. You remain responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for the security of the content you store.
11. PERSONAL DATA BREACH
In the event of a breach of security resulting in the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the competent supervisory authorities as and where required by applicable law, without undue delay, and will describe the nature of the breach, the categories of information affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed.
12. CHILDREN
The services are directed to businesses and to adults. They are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), or under such higher age as local law prescribes, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from such persons. Where we become aware that we have done so, we will delete it. If you believe a child has supplied us with personal information, write to support@legazysystems.com.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any such website before supplying personal information.
14. AMENDMENT
We may amend this Policy. Material amendments take effect upon publication on this page with a revised effective date, and where practicable we will notify active customers by email. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acknowledgment of the amended Policy.
